Potato Moussaka

Heading back to Greece, this weeks meal takes potatoes to a whole new level.

Due to this meal being cooked as a casserole in order to simplify things I will be selling it by the pan this week.

8x8 pan, serves approximately 5-7 and will be $12

9x11 pan, serves approximately 8-10 and will be $16

Ingredients Include:

Potato 

Ground Beef

Onion

Tomato

 Garlic

Salt

Dill

Milk

Egg

Butter

Flour

Cheddar Cheese

Parmesan Cheese 

Thursday the 6th!

We apologize again for being absent last week! Hopefully this weeks meal will make it up to you!! We are going to head back to Mexico for one of my favorites, Chicken Fajitas!!

The serving will be one fajita which includes the tortilla, filler, and a side of rice.

One Serving will sell for $2.00

Ingredients Include

-Tortilla

- Chicken

- Peppers 

- Onion

- Rice

- Traditional Mexican seasonings (red pepper, cumin, garlic, etc.)

Creamy Pasta Bake, Redd Style

Jumping back to Italy is a traditional marinara and cream sauce that is sure to make your mouth water:)

- Penne
- Italian Sausage/ Ground Beef
- Tomatoes
- Cheese
- Tomato Sauce
- Cream
- Parsley
- Cheesy Garlic Bread

Chicken Slouvaki

Keeping it in the Mediterranean we are going to skip across the Adriatic to Greece!  One of my favorite Greek dishes, Chicken Slouvaki, is one of the flavors that is hard not to fall in love with!

One Serving of this meal will cost: $2.00
and include:
- 1 pita
- 1 grilled chicken tenderloin
- portions of taziki sauce, lettuce and tomato
- feta cheese to top it off

Ingredients in the sauce include:
- Sour Cream
- Lemon Juice
- Dill Weed
- Garlic Salt
-Cucumber

Chicken and Sun-dried Tomato Alfredo on Fettuccini

Allow me if you will to take you back to Italia!  For thursday February 6th the meal is a savory pasta that everyone can love!

One Serving of this meal will cost: $2.00
And will include-
A cup and a half of noodle and sauce mixture.
Garlic Bread slice

Deconstructed Egg Rolls on Rice!

     The meal for Thursday the 30th is one of my favorite Asian dishes!  I've made a little twist on a family recipe and I think you will agree it is delicious!

One serving of this meal will cost: $2.00
And will consist of-
A Cup of Steamed Basmati Rice
1 Deconstructed Egg Roll

The ingredients included in this meal are:
Cabbage
Chicken
Carrots
Green Onion

How it all began!

Hey Everyone!

So as my time under my parents wing draws to a close, my time before the real world hits keeps getting shorter.  As that time flies by, a boy begins to wonder what he will do with his life, and frankly I’m interested in business.  So I figured if I don’t jump into the business life now, then when?  So I resolved on starting now, learn as much as I can about managing different aspects, work with customers, and make the best product available.  That was my goal.  Only problem is, I didn’t have a product, so I went through thinking about skills I have that I can market.  Complex origami was too time consuming, and there isn’t a huge market for fire jugglers.  But having just finished my senior project there is one thing I now know how to do pretty well, cook!  And good homemade food is always a marketable item.  So thats where you come in, I have made the process to order easy, the food will be fantastic, and the time that you get back in your life will be wonderful.  So it is my invitation to you to let myself and my beautiful assistant Katryanna take the worry out of your Thursday night dinners.  So waist no time! just to your right on the screen you can see how to place your order!  If great food is what you’re looking for, you won’t be disappointed!
